From the outline of the first line of your project, the BENJUMEA ARCHITECTS team takes into consideration all the parameters (costs, design, views, orientation, sunlight, energy saving, environment...) involved in the good design of the building or planning without sacrificing aesthetics and prioritizing functionality and customer satisfaction, using the experience and current technology.
We studied the implementation of the building on the plot through the orientation with respect to the sun and provides the building with sun protection elements that are integrated into the design. This achieves a reduction of the air conditioning load in summer, while in winter the heating load is reduced, all in a natural way achieving considerable energy savings while contributing to environmental sustainability.
In each plot a preliminary study is carried out to obtain the potential of each plot, since each plot is a totally different project and adapted to get the most out of it. This preliminary study is essential to integrate the environment and views in the building so that there is an interaction between the interior and exterior.
In the project phase BENJUMEA ARCHITECTS study on paper, that the cost is minimal, all solutions to avoid surprises during construction and thus control the cost of the proposed solutions. The design does not necessarily have to be expensive.
For us it is fundamental that a client is satisfied with the building that is designed, and for this we attend to their needs and desires, guiding the client with our experience and knowledge to obtain the best solution.
We are aware that the first proposal is not always successful, and for this reason BENJUMEA ARQUITECTOS will continue working on different proposals until the client and ourselves are totally convinced that we have found the best solution to their needs.
From the first design phase, we establish the criteria to obtain the best possible energy efficiency certificate. CEE Energy Efficiency Certificate possible, at the request of the promoter we also carry out BREEAM® and PASSIVHAUS certifications.
